Doula services

The benefits of hiring a doula are well researched, with the NHS piloting doula support in the maternal care pathway for those who need it.

Each pregnancy and birth is unique. I’ve listed some of my popular services below, but if you’d like to explore a custom option, contact me.

The Birth Package - £3000

From pregnancy to the fourth trimester, I’ll be there to support you through the unforgettable moments.

Pay it forward - £3200

I run a scheme where if you pay this enhanced fee for your birth package, the extra £200 will be put in a pot and given to those who need doula support but cannot afford it.

  • You will get unlimited access to calls, emails and texts to support you throughout your final weeks of pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum.

  • I will visit you at home or a preferred meeting location to discuss your birth plan, concerns, and anything else you’d like to discuss regarding your upcoming birth.

Sessions are usually 2-3 hours long.

  • Birth prep can be included as part of your antenatal sessions where we discuss positioning, breathing techniques, and physical adjustments.

I can offer 1:1 pregnancy pilates as part of this session, or provide resources on how to move safely before giving birth.

This is optional based on your requirements.

  • You will receive access to my resource library to prepare for your birth and postnatal period, advocate for yourself, and navigate the maternal pathways leading up to and during birth.

I will also be available to build on your birth plan and help you analyse the latest research relating to the third and fourth trimester, and beyond.

  • We will agree when I go on-call for you, which means I am available to text, call and email 24/7 when you need me for your birth. Usually I will go on-call from weeks 38-42.

I will be there at your birth to support you emotionally and physically, as well as advocate for you where needed. We will discuss your personalised requirements during our in-person visits.

I will attend your birth from labour through to delivery and up to 3 hours post-delivery once you no longer need me.

  • I will visit you at home or a preferred meeting location to debrief your birth experience, help you to establish breastfeeding, and provide any other kind of support you require. This can include light household tasks, including childcare of your new baby and any other children. Your preferences will be discussed and adapted as your needs change.

Sessions are 3 hours long. If you require continued support, we can discuss extra postnatal care which will be on an hourly rate and block-booked.

  • I will provide a postnatal care package for you to fully immerse yourself in the new motherhood journey. This can include resources at your request.

  • If and when you are ready to start incorporating movement back into your routine, I can offer postnatal Pilates sessions to help you strengthen your pelvic floor, work on mild diastasis recti, and empower you feeling stronger in your postnatal recovery.

Usually postnatal pilates sessions run from 6 weeks postpartum (or whenever you get signed-off from a GP) until 12 weeks postpartum, and then you’ll gradually move into regular classes or continue 1:1 sessions.

Postnatal - from £420

Loss

Virtual or in-person support following pregnancy loss, including pregnancy after loss.

I offer doula support through miscarriage and pregnancy loss: practical care, emotional presence, and advocacy. I'm not a counsellor, but I've been there myself, and I know how to help you find the right support.

Please note, the sessions offered below are not grief counselling or therapy. Doula support is a non-clinical role. I can signpost to relevant services if required.

Please get in touch if you are going through financial difficulty but would like to access any of the support below. I reserve a couple of discounted spaces each month for those who are struggling and require help.

  • We will arrange two calls to debrief your loss, understand how to support you through this time and use tools to help move forward in this journey.

You are also welcome to contact me for support at the time of miscarriage rather than afterwards.

Virtual sessions are usually 1 hour.

  • I will visit you at home or a preferred meeting location to debrief, provide support and navigate the path forward.

Continued support

I'll be there to support you through this most precious journey, long past birth.

  • We will discuss anything from your prior experiences on a Zoom call for 2 hours, followed by a continuation of care package.

  • I can extend existing postnatal sessions at my hourly rate when agreed and as per my schedule.

Block bookings are required for new clients (minimum 3 visits/12 hours).
